With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and over 30 years of international experience in strength and conditioning, I help active individuals and recreational athletes train smarter, and perform at their best long-term.

 

I am the creator of the ALPS Method™ a structured system designed to improve movement quality, build strength, and develop true autonomy in training. This method combines biomechanics, intelligent programming, and real-world application to deliver lasting results.

 

This is more than just workouts, it’s about understanding your body, learning how to adapt, and progressing with clarity and confidence.
